Roland TR-707 Drum Machine. I had this imported this from Japan about three years ago and it's been worth every penny! Rock-solid timing and the perfect studio clock master for MIDI & DIN SYNC 24. It's in excellent condition and has absolutely no operational issues. No crackling pots, no unresponsive buttons and all faders fine. Sounds fantastic. Cosmetically, it has a two chips in the casing (from the previous owner), but this is to be expected from a 25 year-old classic. NAMM 2009 Diabolical Devices TR-707!

Who would have thought that twenty-some years later the Roland TR-707 would be back at the NAMM show? We're guessing nobody did until they saw the Diabolical Devices circuit mangled TR-707 at the Big City Music booth.

The Diabolical 707 has a pitch control for every sound, various distortion and bit-squashing bends, plus a patch bay. The 707's patch bay can interact with other things like the Diabolical Devices circuit bent SK-1 or any of your CV-able gear. The great thing is that the original 707 sounds are still intact and can be completely brought back to stock. You can use it as a MIDI module too!

TR707 drum machine....for sale!

you are bidding on my trusty tr707 drum machine.
machine is in decent condition cosmetically, few marks on it but it is old.
all sliders and sockets work perfectly.
only thing wrong is the power socket. when i got hold of this machine the previous owner had hardwired a psu into it. presumably the original socket got damaged. either way it works absolutly perfectly.
grab yourself a piece of drum machine history, the machine behind many a dance track!
im expecting postage to be around 10 pounds in uk.
im also happy to have the item collected.

RARE Vintage Roland TR707...for sale!

Roland TR-07 Rhythm Composer
This is a Rare mid 1980's vintage sample based Drum Machine from Roland, their TR-707, programmable, with the ability to produce sounds from Bass and Snare Drums, High, Med and Low Tom, Rim-Shot, Cow-Bell, Hand Clap, Tambourine, Hi-Hat (open/closed) and Cymbal (crash/ride).
It has both Midi In/Out and DIN Sync controls, and individual outputs and slider controls for each sound.
The Machine has been lightly used but is nevertheless in Excellent condition, working Perfectly and with no structural damage. All knobs, buttons, fittings, etc are Excellent. Body and panel surfaces possibly show light dirt or friction. The LCD surface and display are Superb.
A 240V AC/12V DC mains Cable is included, not original.
Optional pick-up is available for this item, from the Elsternwick/Caulfield area (Melways ref 68).

ROLAND TR707 Vintage Circuit Bent...for sale!

Up for auction is my beautiful circuit bent tr 707 drum machine in practically brand new condition. As I'm sure you'll already know if you're reading this, the 707 is a classic and extremely versatile 80s drum machine. This one is a little special as it has been heavily modified by diabolical devices. Pitch oscillator controls have been added for all the sounds except the crash and ride cymbals (the black knobs along the bottom). The pitch sounds range from really high to seriously low and each oscillator can be turned on and off by the switches on the right for hands on realtime control. What's more each switch has its own led for visual feedback so you can instantly tell if its off (blue) or on (red) which is really useful for performing live. There's also a full bending patch bay which can create everything from crazy ring modulation and filtering to distortion and delay/doubling. Using as may different patch cords as you want you can create some amazing sounds! Last but not least the stock red led's have been replaced with rather funky blue ones.
The switches, patch points and pitch control allow for incredible hands on control and sound variations. It can also be used a stock, standard 707. I'm sad to see this go but unfortunately needs must and I hope someone else will enjoy it as much as I have.
Comes with copy of the manual, five patch cords to get you started and a uk power supply. I'll happily ship worldwide. It's not very heavy so it shouldn't be too much, please contact me for a price. Pick up is fine for anyone based in London as well.
